Vinny and Hannah founded Concise X Training to help people transform their relationship with fitness and health. Vinny is CXT’s Head Trainer, while Hannah is a qualified Personal Trainer, currently studying nutrition and looking forward to being back in the gym soon.

When they’re not in the gym motivating or training others, this Husband and Wife team are devoted parents to four beautiful children,

Isla, Abel, Obie and Emmi.

Vinny

My parents raised me to be an athlete. My childhood was shaped by training, hard work, dedication and discipline. Back then I would have said they were too hard on me, but today I thank them every day for their love. They gave me every opportunity to be the best version of myself, which is why I am where I am today.

As a young man, I represented Western Australia for the 100m and 110m Hurdles and Triple Jump while also representing the state in Rugby League. My drive and commitment then led me to compete for Samoa in the 110m Hurdles and the Triple Jump in the Oceania Games, with a Silver in the Hurdles and Bronze in the Triple Jump. My love for Rugby League led me from Perth to Brisbane to pursue a career as a professional player. I started at a local club called the Capalaba Warriors and worked my way up. Fortunately, I was scouted to play for the Brisbane Broncos feeder club Wynnum Manly Seagulls to represent them in the QLD Intrust Super Cup. 

In 2012 I decided I wanted to use my experiences as a professional athlete to help other people achieve their own health and fitness goals.

Since then, I have developed awesome training programs for clients that focus on variety, discipline, and positivity. In 2015, I opened my own gym in Perth with two of my brothers. As Head Trainer, I designed my own Cross Training classes from scratch and helped my clients achieve their lifting and training goals. 

I train, I push and I always get results. My methods may not be easy, but I can guarantee the hard work will be worth it.

Hannah

My passion for health and fitness started after I gave birth to my first child in 2015. I was looking into ways to improve my postpartum body and mindset when I discovered group fitness. At first I was shy and awkward, and then I started to see and feel the amazing results of a healthy exercise regime and diet. It was utterly liberating. From there I knew I wanted to pursue a career that would help others discover the wonderful benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle. While I was pregnant with my third child in 2017, I studied fulltime and became a fully qualified personal trainer. I have since run group fitness classes and worked closely with my clients to help them achieve their individual health and fitness goals. I do so with the ability to provide a safe, fun and motivating environment for my clients. 

I am currently working behind the scenes and am not available for Personal Training, as I now have four beautiful children and currently work from home. I am looking forward to being back in the gym with our members soon!
