About the Challenge

A healthy lifestyle change starts from within, so throughout the 9 weeks our trainers will work with you to develop an individualised meal plan that will fuel your progress. We’re not afraid to hold you accountable; our trainers do weekly check-ins to calculate your macronutrients and help you push through any nutritional road blocks you might encounter along the way. We schedule our Challenges by group, so you’ll not only get motivation from your trainer, you’ll also have the support of your Challenge “teammates”. 

This challenge is by no means a “quick fix.” We won’t be prescribing you “super weight loss pills” or filling your kitchen with “slimming weight loss shakes.” We’ll ask you to push yourself to stay consistent and focused on the bigger picture. The lifestyle behaviours that you establish during the Challenge will last you well after the 9 weeks is over.
